How big is the Tiny House movement in Australia? Are there 20 people residing in tiny houses, or is it more like 2,000?
Australia has little fact base information on Tiny House dwellers, prospective dwellers or builders / DIYs, or even those interested in tiny living and what their preferences are. The Australian Tiny House Association (ATHA) wants to commence creating fact base information on Australian Tiny Houses. The data will be used to inform and influence government bodies, journalists, public speakers and give interested bodies a greater understanding of the tiny house community.
ATHA will analyse and publish the results of the survey in a report in July 2019. No detailed locations or names will be included.
It takes no more than 15 minutes to complete the survey and the number of questions varies depending on whether you are answering as a prospective or current dweller including B&B owners, or a builder/DIY, or as someone interested in tiny houses. Anyone in Australia can participate in the survey.
ATHA will advertise periodically on its website how many surveys have been completed – let’s see if we surpass 1,000.

Feel free to spread the word and share the link. And thank you for participating!
